5 Signs that you should invest in healing
We are all busy with the rat race called life, being pulled in several directions at once trying to meet everyone’s demands. Do feel like you are not accomplishing what you want or are not satisfied with how you are feeling while running the race? We lose ourselves so quickly while we are focused on everything outside of us, leaving you feeling like your spinning your tires and not getting where we want to be.
We invest in our family, homes, cars and careers but none of those things would exist without you. You provide your family with all the necessities and emotional support to thrive, you maintain your home and car so they will function when needed…Do you maintain and emotionally support yourself in order for you to have joy, happiness and to thrive?
We are human, no way around it, we have/had experiences that may leave us hurting or altered which will eventually show up as a (many) discomfort(s) in life. Taking stock of how we are feeling about where you are at inside is the first order of business.
One.
The inking inside that there is something more to life or something is missing from it.
Sometimes this feeling is the nagging one that you can’t quite put your finger on but you know you feel “off” “out of place/time” “not quite right” “like you’re missing something”.
Two.
You are struggling with relationships, marriage, friendships or working.
How we interact, react and navigate our relationships is in direct correlation to our own relationship with ourselves. Struggle on the inside = struggle on the outside.
Three.
You feel drained, tired or lethargic even after a good sleep. “Tapped out”
When we don’t tend to our garden with what it needs, water and care, it wilts and then fades away. We are much the same, we must tend to ourselves or we will wilt too.
Four.
Reoccurring dreams or thoughts that are distracting.
Our unconscious mind (spirit, soul, higher-self) knows what we need to be balanced and may show us in ways that may be unclear to you at the time.
Five.
Your body is physically speaking to you either through health concerns or a change in what are “normal” bodily functions for you.
Your body may be subtly or not so subtly, telling you that there is something on the inside (emotional, spiritual) that is going to or has affected you on the outside (physically). Our bodies are a fine tuned organism and balance is key for optimal operation.
All is not lost, there is always light to be found. If you are struggling with any of these points or some that aren’t listed, you are not alone. By just acknowledging that you are feeling this or that, you are putting into motion your investment into your healing. Within the core of each of us is the desire and need for balance, when this balance is disrupted it manifests in many ways to speak to you for healing. Invest in yourself, invest in your healing, and invest in your balance. This may be accomplished through talking with a friend, seeing a Reiki practitioner or a shaman to help you gain clarity and direction.
